With more than 30 years’ experience across the UK, Europe and global markets, and experience across healthcare, MedTech and FMCG, I have worked both within multinational businesses and alongside SME leadership teams. That has given me a practical understanding of what helps growth happen, and what can get in the way.

I am good at translating ambitious growth strategies into plans teams can actually use. I look closely at why good idea's stall, where the real blockers are, and what needs to shift to create clearer direction, stronger focus and better commercial results.

My approach combines commercial judgement, creativity and a hands-on style. I like working shoulder-to-shoulder with teams, listening carefully, challenging where needed, and helping shape ideas into plans that feel practical, clear and workable.

I also place real value on understanding the culture of the business I am working with. Every organisation is different and the best solutions are the ones that fit the people, the pace and the realities of the business as well as the opportunity itself.

In the beginning

I start by getting under the skin of the business, the people, the culture, the ambition and the realities of what is happening on the ground.

From there I look for the points where progress is stalling, where opportunities are being missed, and where a clearer path forward can make the biggest difference

The messy middle

I'm not afraid to challenge the status quo, but I do it constructively.

I believe the best work comes from listening properly, asking good questions, and shaping ideas together so they become plans that are realistic, relevant and ready to use.

That does not mean complexity for its own sake.

It means seeing the business from a slightly different angle, connecting the dots and helping create something that feels distinctive, useful and commercially sound.
